Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Incheon District Court’s Busan District Court’s Vice-Support, and completed the enforcement of the sentence on February 6, 2016 at the Incheon Detention Center.

[Fact of crime] The Defendant: (a) around November 11, 2016, around 06:10, 803 of the "Eelel" owned by the victim D located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) it was difficult for the Defendant to form cremations, walls, ceilings, etc. by attaching fire to the cremations and beds by using an inflammable material.

As a result, the defendant destroyed the victim's 71 guest room owned by the victim who had 71 customers with the victim's name and the victim's 13,050,000 won.
