According to the evidence evidence evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the Plaintiff has a claim for damages of KRW 1.477 million against C due to a tort, and the Plaintiff may be recognized as having been transferred from C to the Defendant the construction cost claim of KRW 200 million against C on August 17, 2017 and notified the Defendant thereof. However, there is no evidence to acknowledge the existence of a claim for construction cost against C against the Defendant.

The plaintiff's claim is not reasonable and dismissed.
