1. Basic facts

A. Party 1) The Defendant is a public corporation established for the purpose of constructing and managing railroad facilities and executing other projects related thereto under the Korea Rail Network Authority Act, and the E (F-G) 1-1 Sections 1-G 2 and other construction works (hereinafter “instant construction works”).

2) On June 17, 201, the Plaintiffs and H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) changed the Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”), H and Plaintiff B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”), and Plaintiff C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd.”) into “Co. D” on January 7, 2015, and changed the name as of July 3, 2019, after the instant lawsuit was filed, into the trade name as of July 3, 2019, and entered into a joint supply and demand agreement with Plaintiff A as its representative.
