Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Basic facts F is an attorney-at-law who operates an attorney-at-law's F legal office in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from April 3, 2012 to September 2, 2013; Defendant A had worked as the head of the above attorney-at-law's office from April 16, 2012 to August 30, 2013.
On April 2012, Defendants and F agreed on the following legal offices: Defendant B’s account in F’s name; Defendant A used the Jeju Bank account in F’s name; Defendant F’s independent acceptance of the case of registration in each F’s name; the Defendants paid KRW 1,00,000 to F each month from the fees received from the clients; and the Defendants paid KRW 1,00,000 to F each month from the fees received from the clients.
