A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Juvenile Protection Act at the Suwon District Court on December 27, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. From February 16, 2012 to the same year;

7. Crimes in violation of the Military Service Act between March 18, 2010 [2012 Gohap895] The Defendant is serving as public duty personnel in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, on February 16, 2012;

7. A total of at least eight days of service, including July 16, 2012, retired from office.

2. On May 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed larceny (2012Dahap897) around 17:20 on May 19, 2012, at the central point of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant: (b) committed larceny; (c) at the central point of Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (d) the victim D used an automatic cash withdrawal machine; and (d) took one smartphone in the market value of the said device; and (e) caused the occurrence of the said smartphone between the Defendant and the unfolding place.

3. Each crime on July 2, 2012 (2012Gohap848)

A. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes), violation of the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) driving as a business of Ethm-man vehicle at around 13:20 on July 2, 2012, and, at around 768, the fourth line road in front of the Bupyeong-gu, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, would drive directly from the south-gu, Incheon to the north speed

At the same time, the signal lights are located near the intersection, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately operating the steering system and other devices of the motor vehicle while maintaining a reasonable distance, and driving the motor vehicle by checking well the right and right of the front and right of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded as it is, by negligence, received the back part of the G Otoba in the victim F(57 years old) driving who was in the signal atmosphere from the front bank as the front part of the above vehicle.

The Defendant is guilty of occupational negligence as above.
