A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, etc.:

1. Around 06:00 on March 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) found 200,000 won in cash, set up on the back seat of the said taxi, galthalian-based mobile phone 4 mobile phones; (b) galthal-based mobile phone 1; (c) galthal-based 1; and (d) galthal-based balthal-based balthal-based balthals; (b) found 200,000 won in cash from the balthal-based balth; and (c) taken off balthal-based balths with which the market price is unknown; and (d) cut off the victim’s property.

2. On March 11, 2015, the Defendant discovered that the key to the passenger car of the victim IBanon-si operated by the victim H is posted to the said taxi, and opened the door of the said taxi and opened the door of the said taxi, thereby cutting down the property of the victim H with 16,500,000 won at the market price and one credit card owned by the victim H and one new card owned by the said taxi in the said taxi.

3. On March 11, 2015, the Defendant purchased tobacco at the K convenience store located in the Heung-gu J of Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, and took place as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of the Samsung Credit Card in the H’s name that was stolen as described in paragraph (2) and presented the said credit card to employees L, and used the said card to receive 30 tons of ready-type tobacco in an amount equivalent to the total market value of KRW 225,00,000 from L, and then used the stolen credit card.
