A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

At around 13:58 on July 1, 2019, the Defendant driven a D again-run car without a driver's license in the section of about 50km from the front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building to the front of the Incheon Dong-gu C.
