A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

1. Violence;

A. On January 23, 2015, at around 21:05, the Defendant committed assault, such as assaulting the victim’s face, head, and ske part 4 to 5 times due to drinking, on the ground that the victim D (57 tax) was under the influence of alcohol at the E cafeteria operated by Gyeong Young-gun, Young-gun (57).

B. The Defendant, at the time and place stated in the above paragraph (a) above, stated that the victim F (32 tax) was prevented at the time and place, and committed assault on the part of the victim’s face by drinking the victim’s head at once, and drinking the victim’s head at once.

2. 3. On January 22, 2015, the Defendant damaged property: (a) at the “L office” office for the operation of the Victim K on the second and second floor of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on Kimpo-si, and (b) on the ground that M, an employee of the said company, was made a speech that disregards the Defendant in the past, and (c) as an employee of M and the victim attached the lock lock-up equipment of the above office used jointly by M, and (d) attached up one string of a month at the market price of KRW 30 million, which is the victim’s possession, and destroyed by putting one string of the above office lock-up equipment in the market price.
