Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a director of the Daejeon Jung-gu Association E (hereinafter “Association”) located in Daejeon, and the victim F, victim G, victim H, and victim I are members of the Emergency Countermeasure Committee (hereinafter “Non-Subrogation”) organized by residents against the land compensation appraisal price announced by the said Association.

1. On September 28, 2016, the Defendant of defamation demanded an additional amount of KRW 94,864,00 for non-members L, and KRW 105,00 for non-members H 147,152,00 for housing expenses and directors' expenses, and KRW 52,80 for non-members I, KRW 7365,760 for non-members K, KRW 94,864,00 for non-members H, and KRW 105,00 for non-members, and KRW 105,040 for non-chairperson of the partnership, and KRW 15,000 for non-member members of the partnership, and KRW 15,00 for non-member members of the association, who are revenue, to demand improvement of the above non-member's housing expenses and other expenses for non-member members' expenses for non-member activities under additional terms, and not for other reasons.

“The victims, who are non-members, demanded 1.6 million won to increase the amount of appraisal published by the victims, from 1.6 million won to 2 million won per square year, and the attorney’s fees and individual fees were required, and when the union complies with the demands, the victims were required to cooperate with the union that seeks to prepare a general meeting for the dismissal of officers and to cooperate with the union in the future. As such, a substitute report stating false facts was prepared and attached to the said substitute report at 15 places, such as the walls adjacent to the Jung-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, and then distributed to approximately 200 members or by mail.
