The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. A. On April 23, 2016, around 08:57, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim F of the victim F boarding the E-si driven by the Defendant in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, the residence of the victimized person; (b) went back to the said 40 of the victim, who would return to the house and take money; and (c) considered the victim to have returned to the said Dog 40.

The defendant lost his mobile phone, once again unclaimed the victim who requests the above restaurant to see the above restaurant, and then gets off the restaurant in front of the above restaurant, and scam the cash by using the present pipe password which the victim saw when entering the house, using the victim's residence.

At around 09:07 on the same day, the Defendant classified the entrance password, which had been viewed and placed before the victim's residence, and entered the victim's house, and 50,000 won in cash in the West and stolen it.

B. Around 09:00 on April 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim, who was on board a taxi near the Seo-gu G, was on board and was in custody of the victim, while driving a taxi near the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (b) embezzled it by refusing to return the taxi without justifiable grounds.

2. Determination

A. (1) With respect to larceny, the victim confirmed that he had cash in his own studio TV, and again, the Defendant was driving a taxi and returned home, and there was no cash.

The statement "," that the defendant stated, that the victim went to the inside of the building through the entrance of the studio building in which the victim resides immediately before the above restaurant, and that the face coming after one minute is taken from CCTV, and that the victim was installed at the entrance to the studio room in order to enter the entrance.
