Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2019, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in Busan District Court (hereinafter referred to as "Camera, etc.") on the 13th day of the same month, and the person subject to the registration of personal information, and the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile, within 30 days from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive, but the defendant did not submit basic personal information to the head of the police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile without justifiable grounds.
