A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 14, 2018, when the Defendant was unable to drive a car normally due to influence of alcohol, the Defendant was driving a ice-type car on the front side of the D Bank located in Gwangju Mine-gu in accordance with the first road located in the D Bank C. On September 14, 2018, the Defendant caused the Defendant to drive a ice-type car into a F apartment-type room on the part of the E Buildings. The Defendant was negligent in driving the H K5 si, which caused the Defendant’s negligence while neglecting the duty of care to safely drive the steering of the steering gear and operation of the steering gear. On September 14, 2018, from around 00:10 to around 00:35, the Defendant refused to take a drinking test, the Defendant refused to comply with a drinking test conducted by a police officer without justifiable grounds, even though there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant had been driving under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking smelling a large amount of drinking water from the police officers belonging to the high-tech police station in Gwangju Mining Police Station, and driving under the influence of alcohol such as a string distance, etc. on four occasions.
