Purport of claim and appeal

The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are additional evidence submitted to this court, and it rejected the witness I of the court of first instance which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiffs' assertion that D spent the expenses of the plaintiffs' assertion or the defendant agreed to return them in the course of establishing the defendant. The witness I of the court of first instance shall be appointed "I of the court of first instance" in the third 21 of the court of first instance as "I of the court of first instance", and "F-I" in the fourth 12 of the court of first 4, and "I-I" in the second 12 of the defendant's articles of incorporation (Articles of incorporation shall enter into force from the date of the public announcement of the approval of the project implementation plan, but it is not sufficient to recognize that D resolved to bear the expenses of the defendant on the basis of the provisions of Article 1 of the Addenda of the court of first instance (the affairs executed by resolution prior to the date of the public announcement of the authorization shall be deemed as ratified by the public announcement of the authorization)
