1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On July 5, 2016 to July 5, 2017, the Plaintiff concluded a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract with respect to A and B rocketing motor vehicles (hereinafter “instant motor vehicles”) subject to limited driving agreements for at least 22 years of age, with respect to the insurance period from July 5, 2016 to July 5, 2017. The Plaintiff concluded a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract with C as to the instant motor vehicles.

(2) The Defendant concluded an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with respect to the E and F Freight (hereinafter “instant freight”).

B.
