Criminal facts

I. The Defendant and the Victim B are the post-ray relationship between the Defendant and the Victim B.

On September 28, 2018, around 04:00 on September 28, 2018, the Defendant sent 300,000 won in cash owned by the victim under his supervision to the manager of the Songpa-gu Seoul Public Notice Board, stating that “the victim's heart has been opened,” and passed through the entrance of the public notice board by stating that “the victim's heart has been opened.”

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on residence at night and stolen the property owned by the victim.

II. On December 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:50 on December 15, 2018, and around 03:50 on December 15, 2018, the Defendant: (b) removed the entrance door door; (c) opened an entrance; and (d) stolen cash owned by the victim, who was in custody of the telephone machine, with one 50,000 won right.

III. IV. At around 06:00 on February 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door in Songpa-gu I and the first floor “” car page; and (b) intruded into the car page, and (c) cut off the cash amount of KRW 382,00 owned by the victim J (year 27) at the cash container located on the Kabter.

V. On February 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of “KL” in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 4, 2019; (b) at around 03:39, the Defendant arbitrarily returned locked numbers to the rear door by creshing the victim M, and intruded on the main points; and (c) 200,000 won in cash at the Kabter’s safe.
