1. As to KRW 73,753,625 among the Plaintiff and KRW 70,953,625 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 2,80,000 on October 21, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established for the purpose of running all business related to the banking business prescribed by the Banking Act. The Defendant worked as the head of the Plaintiff’s branch office in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from January 14, 2014 to January 12, 2016. E is an employee of the Plaintiff who worked as the corporate financial affairs (RM) of the said D branch.
B. E’s loan and purchase of export bills 1) F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”).
(A) E dealt with loan of KRW 200 million to F on October 20, 2015.
(B) On November 3, 2015, the Defendant (hereinafter “instant loan”) was engaged in the business of purchasing export bills of exchange in the form of G at USD 1,462,50 (Korean US$ 1,645,456,80) (hereinafter “the purchase of export bills of exchange”) to USD 1,462,50 (Korean US$ 1,645,456,80) by obtaining final approval approval approval and approval approval as the person having the right to make a decision on the instant loan.
