1. As to the plaintiffs D, F, G, Q, CF, CG, CH, CI, and CJ, the part against the above plaintiffs in the first instance judgment is as follows.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The National Report Federation was an organization established by the Government of the Republic of Korea for the purpose of precluding and controlling the persons related to the group of senior citizens. Externally, the president of the National Report Federation claimed to be an organization of senior citizens composed of senior citizens. However, the president of the National Report Federation was entrusted by the Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Justice and the Minister of National Defense, and the lower-level leader or guidance commissioner was entrusted by the prosecutor and police officers, and was in the character of the government defense organization in fact managed the organization by the prosecutor and police officers.

On the other hand, the National Press Association was formed on April 20, 1949, and the National Press Association was formed on December 13, 1949, respectively.

B.
