A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At around July 23, 2013:19, the Defendants’ co-offenders, on the ground that the service of the above restaurant is not good, Defendant B’s resistance at the above restaurant operator, and the victim H (62 years of age) who was found to be a customer, could not be calculated on the grounds of Defendant B’s paragraph, by stating that Defendant B would be “a brudly combined with a brud with a brud with a brud with a brud with a brud with a brud with a view to making it possible for the said restaurant operator to serve as a customer.”

A은 피해자 H에게 “왜 우리 딸에게 욕을 하느냐”라고 말하며 달려들어 피해자 H의 머리채를 휘어잡아 위 식당 마당까지 끌고 가 피해자 H를 바닥에 쓰러뜨리고 그 위에 올라타 피해자 H의 머리를 손으로 잡고 바닥에 수회 내리치고, H의 손자인 피해자 I(12세)이 이를 말리려 하자 손으로 피해자 I의 팔을 3회 때리고, 피고인 B는 피고인 A의 폭행에 가세하여 “뭐 이런 년이 다 있어”라고 욕을 하며 넘어져 있는 피해자 H의 얼굴과 옆구리를 수회 걷어차고, H의 손자인 피해자 J(17세)가 H에 대한 폭행을 말리려 했다는 이유로 피해자 J의 머리채를 잡아 수회 흔들고, 주먹으로 피해자 J의 왼쪽 팔을 수회 때리고, 다시 피해자 J의 머리채를 잡아 흔들며 손바닥으로 빰을 때리고, E는 위 식당 맞은편 ‘K’ 일식집에서 아르바이트를 하던 중 싸움이 난 것을 보고 다가와 자신의 가족들이 싸우고 있는 것을 확인하고 피고인들에게 가세하여 넘어져 있는 피해자 H의 얼굴과 몸을 발로 걷어차고, 피고인 C은 피고인 A의 피해자 H에 대한 폭행에 가세하여 넘어져 있던 피해자 H의 가슴을 발로 수회 밟고, 피고인 A의 H에 대한 폭행을 말리려면 H의 사위인 피해자...
