A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a B rocketing car.

On November 19, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.189% around 00:12, while driving the said car, and driving the front house of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from D to E-section from D to E-section, the Defendant neglected to e-mail under the influence of alcohol, and caused the damage to cover KRW 234,360,00 in total, by taking the rear part of the right side of the Gpoter vehicle owned by the victim F (the age of 43) parked on the right side of the running direction due to negligence that failed to properly operate the steering gear.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the injury caused by dangerous driving) starting from the point of time and place mentioned in Paragraph (1), after causing the traffic accident, the victim in charge of smelling in the Defendant’s entrance while communicating with the victim about the treatment of the accident, starting from the following day: “I want to report alcohol to the victim and the police”, and take the vehicle again after leaving the defective site. At the time, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant got a red and walked with little walking condition, and it was difficult for the Defendant to drive the vehicle normally, such as receiving the parked vehicle. Since the victim was under the influence of alcohol, the victim was able to stop driving or stop driving and stop driving after a distance between the victim and the vehicle, and thus preventing the accident in advance, the victim proceeded with the part of the vehicle without driving about 50 meters, leading the victim in front of the left side of the said vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, is driving the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to drinking, and is in need of treatment for approximately two weeks for the victim.
