Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.147%, driven a DNA-learning passenger car owned by the Defendant at approximately 50km from the vicinity of Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon to around 16:00 on December 23, 2019, around 17:00 on the same day.

[The prosecutor charged that the Defendant driven a motor vehicle at approximately 100 km from the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Daejeon to the entrance of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Daejeon to the end of approximately 100 km, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.147% on December 23, 2019. The above facts charged are not that the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on December 23, 2019, but it is assumed that the Defendant lawfully driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.1% on December 19, 2019 at around 7:0 on December 22, 2019 (Evidence 11, 31-3, 399) and on December 13, 2019, at around 10: 20% of alcohol content of the Defendant’s vehicle under the influence of alcohol in the influence of 3:0% on the day of 10% of the former 20.
