1. The Defendant’s penalty surcharge for violation of Article 25(11) of the Wastes Control Act against the Plaintiff on February 20, 2017 is 10,000.

1. (i) The Plaintiff collected animal and plant dignity in the restaurant, food company, etc., and recycled them to produce feed maintenance. Based on Article 25(3) of the Wastes Control Act and Article 28(6) of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act, the Plaintiff obtained permission from the Defendant for a comprehensive waste recycling business as follows.
