Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 2. At around 03:26, Aug. 19, 2012, Defendant A had B continue to operate a vehicle to prevent the victim from getting off to 03:30 the same day by the same method as the foregoing paragraph (1), and arrived at the Gnb G in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul at a place where approximately 1km away from the said place, and then, Defendant A detained the victim for approximately 24 minutes by leading the victim to the said female room 206, putting the victim off, and attempting to escape from all clothes, and preventing the victim from getting out of the bed during rape as set forth in the following paragraph (3). Around the same day, Defendant A detained him for about 24 minutes by not later than 03:52 on the same day.
3. At around 03:40 on August 19, 2012, Defendant A, within the said G G inns of 206, boomed the victim and detained the victim, and, under the influence of alcohol, was placed on the ground of the victim who was unable to properly hold his body by be pushed down on the part of the bend, and plucked up the arms of the flag on the part of the flag with the flaps, and brued off and boomed on the part of the flag.
