Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was married on July 17, 201 with the victim F (F, 37 years of age) and the marriage on July 17, 201, but with frequent marital fighting due to the nature of the marriage. On June 29, 2012, the Defendant filed a lawsuit for annulment of marriage against the victim and rendered a judgment of nullity of marriage on June 19, 2013, and the appellate court on the said judgment is proceeding.

1. On July 27, 2011, the Defendant, at around 01:0, 01 G apartment in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 101 Dong 503, 101 and 503, her hand, her head knife with the victim’s head knife, her head knife with the victim’s knife, her head knife, her head knife with the victim’s knife, her head knife with the victim’s body,

On November 15, 201, at around 22:00, the Defendant, while fighting with the victim at the above Defendant’s residence, inflicted injury on the victim, such as the 4th balance of revenues and expenditures, which requires treatment for about 66 days by cutting down the victim’s hair and her finger by hand.

4. On December 9, 201, the Defendant sustained an injury on the right side of the victim, i.e., the victim’s head at a time when the victim’s head was fluored and the victim’s fingers by hand while fighting the victim on the road near the south of Songpa-gu Seoul, Seoul, and caused an injury to the victim, i.e., the second second hand, which requires approximately four weeks of treatment, due to the victim’s fingers.

5. On February 13, 2012, at around 08:39, the Defendant assaulted the body part of the victim by hand while fighting with the victim at the above defendant’s residence.

6. On April 8, 2012, the Defendant, at around 23:15, was the victim’s head knife and knife the victim’s head knife at his/her residence.
