All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is as shown in attached Form 1;

(However, this case's indictment is a crime falling under Article 109 (1) of the Labor Standards Act, and it cannot be prosecuted against the victim's clearly expressed intent under Article 109 (2) of the same Act. According to the records, it can be acknowledged that at July 15, 2019, six workers as stated in the facts charged expressed their intention not to be punished of the defendant. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
