The punishment of defendants shall be two years.
The execution of punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 6, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Jeonju District Court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.
1.
