그럼에도 피고인들은 공모하여 2009. 5. 1. 경부터 2015. 8. 4. 경까지 위 F에서, G 및 인근 양곡판매 업체로부터 구입한 180,180kg 상당의 국내산 쌀과 서울특별시청으로부터 구입한 미국산 등 정부 공급 가공용 수입 쌀 185,200kg 상당을 업소에 보관하며 국내산 쌀과 수입산 쌀을 7:3 의 비율로 혼합하여 절편 등 4 종류의 떡을 제조한 후, 주원료인 멥쌀의 원산지를 국내산 100% 로 거짓 표시하여 서울 성모병원 장례식 장 내 식당에 311,408kg 상당을 공급하고 대금 1,543,833,000원을 지급 받은 것을 비롯하여 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 5개 거래업체에 합계 2,346,019,330원 상당의 떡류를 같은 방법으로 공급하였다.
