"2015 Highest 430" Defendant is a person who has engaged in the manufacturing of vessel block by employing ten full-time workers from Ulsan-gun F with the trade name of G from Ulsan-gun.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, from August 15, 2010 to November 5, 2010, the Defendant has been on contact with another workplace.

Workers H’ wages of 4,650,000 won and from August 15, 2010 to November 7, 2010, work as assistant workers at the same workplace.

A retired worker I's total of 6,650,000 won including 2,00,000 won did not pay 6,650,000 won within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on extension of the due date between the parties.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 828" is a person who has engaged in the manufacturing of vessel block by employing 10 full-time workers from Ulsan-gun F with the trade name of G.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, from July 27, 2010 to January 20, 201, the Defendant works as the head of the Working Group in the above workplace.
