1. Of the attached shares issued by theO Co., Ltd.:
A. The shares 151,221 shares in the name of Defendant J Co., Ltd. and Defendant K.
Reasons
1. The following facts do not conflict between the Parties:
As of May 28, 2010, the rehabilitation plan was approved on December 15, 2010 from the rehabilitation procedure (Seoul District Court 2010 Gohap14) commenced on May 28, 2010, and the rehabilitation procedure was completed on February 8, 2012.
B. On October 20, 201, when the rehabilitation procedure was in progress, the Plaintiffs, who were the shareholders of O on October 20, 201, prepared a contract under which each of the instant shares is transferred to the Defendants as follows.

C. The above contract was prepared separately by each party to the contract, and the contents of the contract excluding the number of shares and the transfer price are identical, and the contents are as follows:
Article 2 (Transfer Price) The transfer price of stocks shall be paid after the completion and settlement of redemption of lending bonds and commercial transaction bonds of financial institutions in the above rehabilitation case within one year from the date of permission of the court on the contract for stock transfer.
Article 3 (Transfer of Stock Certificates and Rights) The transferor shall transfer all stock certificates and rights to the transferee on the date permitted by the court on which the contract for the transfer of stock is entered into.
Article 4 (Effect) Contracts shall become effective from the date of approval of the court on this Agreement for Transfer of Stocks.
On November 11, 2011, the custodian ofO received a decision to permit the conclusion of each of the above contracts (hereinafter referred to as "each of the above contracts") from the rehabilitation court.
