Punishment of the crime

Around 16:00 on June 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) completed a monthly conference at the center for senior citizens in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and completed a meeting of the Senior Citizens Association; and (b) during the conversation, the victim E (the age of 81) was not eligible for membership of the Senior Citizens Association; and (c) the Defendant was injured by pressure 3, which requires approximately six weeks of medical treatment.
