A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to 11 years.

Punishment of the crime

From October 17, 2015, the Defendant, as a Vietnamese’s seafarer, was on board the “C”, which is an inshore fishing vessel for coastal inheritance at the Gunsan-si, and worked as a seafarer, and the victim D(38 years of age) is a person of Vietnam’s nationality, who worked as a seafarer from August 2015 to “C”.

The Defendant was frequently cruel and brutling from the victim during the normal operation, and when the Defendant tending to brut the victim, the Defendant was subject to assault from the victim due to wooden boxes, regradation, etc., and was dissatisfied with the victim.

At around 15:10 on June 14, 2016, the Defendant refused a victim’s request on the ground that “C, even if the king, etc., located on the upper part of the west-gun, Northwest-gun, Northwest-gun, was engaged in the work of separating the sloping from the fishing to the fishing line using a knife (referring to approximately 33cm in total length, approximately 21cm in knife) in front of the snife of the knife of “C,” which was in operation on the sea of approximately 28 miles-west, was in operation on the sea.” However, the Defendant refused the victim’s request on the ground that “C, by separating the speb in size according to the knife size, separately put the knife into the fish box.”
