A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 5, 2013, at around 03:50, the Defendant: (a) opened clothes at “D” on the first floor of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C Apartment Building Building Underground, put them in the clothes 130,00, and cut off 130,000 won in cash owned by the victim E; and (b) cut off the wall containing the victim E; (c) opened the 76 clothes in the same way; and (d) opened the 100,000 won in sight of the market value of the victim’s F, the 80,000 won in South and south clothes; and (d) opened one observer cell phone of the 90,000,000 won in the market value; and (e) continued to cut the victim’s cell phone at KRW 90,00 in order to charge the victim’s G, Samsung 300,000 in the market value of Samsung G.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 2,110,000, which is the market price owned by the victims.

2. At around 03:50 on March 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened clothes 57 by placing them in the clothes cream hole well; and (b) cutting off 30,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim H; and (c) cut off cream bags equivalent to the market price of KRW 30,00,00, which includes the 47 clothes; (d) opened 2,000 in cash, student identification cards, turf transportation cards, and turb cards; and (e) cut off 4,00,000 won in the market price, which includes the 4,00 won in the face-to-face, 20,000 won in the face-to-face, market price, and 130,000,000 won in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen goods worth 211,000 won in total, which are the market price owned by the victims.
