Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (rape in relation of relatives) at the port support of the Daegu District Court on November 3, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ansan Prison on May 26, 2019.
