A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around June 2008, worked for approximately three months in F Co., Ltd. operated by E in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju for about three months, and worked as the team leader from July 2009. From February 2010 to December 2010, the Defendant was a director in charge of investment from February 2010 to December 201, 201.
