Punishment of the crime

[Resolution] In the case of a disease security insurance, the Defendant is guaranteed the hospitalization fee to a maximum of 120 days in the event of hospitalization with the same disease. [criminal facts] Around October 28, 2008, the Defendant was hospitalized in the I Hospital located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for 17 days in total, as shown in the attached Table 1 through 10, and acquired KRW 295,065,109 from the victim company as insurance proceeds from the victim company as if it was necessary to be hospitalized for a long time due to brain blood cycle disorder, and received hospital treatment for 23 days, and received hospital treatment from the victim company for 20 days, and received hospital treatment for 1.6 million won as hospitalization expenses on November 20, 2008 from around that time to December 2, 2015.
