Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 5, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud in Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan District Court’s detention center on February 21, 2012.
[2012 Highest 815] On August 30, 2012, the Defendant, at around 03:41, at the 507 unit near Changwon-si C, Changwon-si, the Defendant, using the situation where the victim E (31 years of age), who is a guest, opened a visit and opened a visit to the said 507 unit, infringed on the way to open and enter the said 1,407 unit, and then stolen the amount of KRW 300,000 at the market price owned by the victim.

1. Larceny against victim F;
A. At around 14:00 on December 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim’s right in front of the said G G store with a uniform equivalent to KRW 158,200, equivalent to the total amount of KRW 158,200, total of 100,000, 200, 200, which is the victim’s market price owned by the victim, displayed in such a place by taking advantage of the gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) the Defendant stolen it.
C. At around 14:00 on January 2, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s market price, which is equivalent to KRW 65,000, which was displayed in that place by taking advantage of the gaps where the victim’s surveillance was neglected.
At around 10:50 on January 4, 2013, the Defendant was displayed in front of the above G store by using the gap where the victim’s surveillance is neglected.
