Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,00,000. In the event that the Defendant did not pay the said fine, the Defendant B shall be confined to the head of the Nowon-gu for the period calculated by converting the amount of KRW 100,000 into one day.

To issue an order to pay an amount equivalent to the above fine.

Facts of crime

Defendant is a U.S. soldier (rank: C: C) located in G in G, G, and Gyeongdong-gun.
