Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on March 25, 201, respectively.
