Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 23, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 10, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 6, 2018, at around 18:30 on November 18, 2018, the Defendant was engaged in the operation of the victim C (n, 56 years of age) located in Busan B, as if he would pay the drinking value, and was provided with an amount equivalent to KRW 60,000, such as beer 5 illness and beer, and demanded payment of the said amount, the Defendant acquired the pecuniary benefit equivalent to KRW 60,000, because he did not pay the drinking value.

2. At around 20:10 on the same day as Paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender, such as fraud, and the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender and went out of the above main point, upon receiving 112 report that the Defendant was f (the age 46) who was a police officer belonging to the E District Unit in the annual Police Station E-gu Police Station called out after having received the notification that the Defendant f (the age 46) had failed to pay the drinking value and demanded the Defendant to pay the drinking value.

The Defendant, while taking a bath that he waits for the rent from the main place outside of the above main point without conducting a survey as soon as possible and waiting for the rent, he assaulted F in the way of displaying and threatening both drinking to the front of F’s face, snicking down and shouldering the f’s hair, snicking down and shouldering the f’s face, snicking the f’s head, intending to have the f’s face, and f’s face flow out of F’s head, and f’s shouldering.

As a result, the defendant assaulted a police officer, thereby obstructing the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of a report and handling of a report case.
