A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court on May 14, 2013, and was sentenced to six times of imprisonment with prison labor for the same kind of larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on December 27, 1991; one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon Central District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon Central District Court on February 25, 1997; one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on December 30, 2003.
1. On October 17, 2013, around 11:20 on October 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the key of the victim D, the victim, out of the house, set up a laundry machine in front of the entrance; (b) opened an entrance in front of the entrance, opened the entrance, and intrudes into the door; and (c) cut off with one set of street North Korea, the market price of the victim’s ownership at the inside and outside of the entrance, owned by the victim, at KRW 1,60,000.
2. On December 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 in the office of Victim F with the first floor of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu E Housing; (b) opened a window not corrected on the side of the victim’s room; and (c) taken off two 10,000 won cashier’s checks of KRW 10,00,000, in cash, owned by the victim, who was placed on the part of the room, and cut off the window.
3. On March 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:08, the victim H’s house located in the 1st floor of Seocheon-gu G multi-household house located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) discovered the key behind the opening of the entrance, and opened the entrance door and intrudes into the interior; (c) opened the entrance with the key; and (d) cut off with 35,000 won in total and 35,000 won in cash at the market price owned by the victim, which was kept in custody in the inside the inside of the entrance.
4. On April 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, at the victim JJ’s house located on the first floor of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu I, Seocheon-gu I; (b) opened the victim’s house to the outside and opened the house; and (c) opened the house to find the key before the entrance.
