Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] Defendant B was sentenced to five months from March 30, 2016 by imprisonment with prison labor for aiding and abetting the use of computers, etc. by means of computers, etc. on July 29, 2016. Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on July 20, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 7, 2016.
