Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to conduct fisheries within a demarcated area shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each fishing vessel, fishing gear, or facility.

Nevertheless, on February 17, 2016, from around 20:00 to 21:10 on the same day, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, carried out sectional fishing by means of dividing and dedicatedly using a net fishing gear owned by the Defendant on the sea (FIX 35-06-25.38 N. 128-57-06.66E) under the 8-9 teaching sense of Haak-gu, Busan (FIX 35-06-25.38N 128-57-06.66E).
