A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2014, at around 15:30, the Defendant, without a license for a motor bicycle driver, driven a motor vehicle with no number plateing from approximately 50 cm to approximately 25 km road in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, Seoul to approximately 70-gil 25,000.
