1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20,068,200 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 1, 2018 to September 4, 2018; and (b).

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and C’s real estate sales contract 1) The Plaintiff specified the land located in the same Ri, Ma, F, and G (hereinafter referred to as “the land within the same Ri”) in terms of its lot number. The Plaintiff’s “each land of this case” is deemed to be “each land of this case” in all cases.

(C) The Plaintiff is a person holding the same, and the Plaintiff is a limited company C (hereinafter “C”).

Around November 10, 2014, a sales contract was concluded to sell D and F land (the G land was divided into D after this sales contract was concluded) and a contract was concluded to sell E land around August 27, 2015. (2) At the time of November 10, 2014 when a sales contract was concluded for D, F, and G land, the Plaintiff and C agreed to pay the purchase price in cash, the purchase price of which is KRW 30 million, and the payment was made in kind to four apartment units after C apartment was completed.

) After newly building and obtaining approval for use, the Plaintiff entered into a contract to sell E land to C on August 27, 2015, and around that time, the notarized agreement on the sales and purchase contract of each of the instant land (hereinafter “notarial agreement”).

The contents of the evidence No. 7-1, No. 2 are as follows. - C shall complete the registration of ownership transfer of the instant apartment Nos. 1, J, K, and L to the Plaintiff or to the person designated by the Plaintiff. - If C fails to transfer the registration of ownership transfer of the instant apartment Nos. 1, 260,000 (the amount calculated as KRW 130,000 in one household) to the Plaintiff or the person designated by the Plaintiff, it shall be paid to the Plaintiff KRW 260,000 (the amount calculated as KRW 130,000 in one household). - C shall immediately pay the Plaintiff KRW 10,000 in the purchase price of the E land. B. The payment of the purchase price and settlement agreement between the Plaintiff and C around September 2, 2015 was paid KRW 1,000 in the purchase price of the E land.

2) C on September 24, 2015, M and N designated by the Plaintiff, are subject to the instant apartment I (M).
