Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the day this judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendants are above one year each.

Punishment of the crime

On February 11, 2017, around 09:40, the Defendants: (a) reported that, among the 3 block block of Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, 12, the 102-dong 102-dong Dapo-si, E was loaded with the victim D’s ownership and human-te management of the victim E in the 102-dong underground parking lot; and (b) conspiredd with the said materials to steals

From 09:40 on February 11, 2017 to 11:00 on the same day, the Defendants: (a) from 09:40 to 11:00 on the above apartment 10,000 apartment 10,000 won of the market price managed by the victim E; (b) 2,000,000 won of the market price; (c) 1,000,000 won of materials, such as reticulate cement, etc. on the market price; and (d) 3,00,000 won of the market price; (d) 1,50,000,000 won of the victims’ electricity; (e) 6,000 won of the market price; (e) 3,000,000 won of the monthly price; (e) 1.8,000,000 won of the automatic cargo cab; and (e) 1,180,000 won of the market price.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.
