1. The Daejeon District Court prepared on April 22, 2015 with respect to the compulsory auction case of the Daejeon District Court Red Branch B real estate B.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On July 2010, the Plaintiff, as a kimchi production company, leased part of the kimchi factory owned by C and the above company (hereinafter “C Kimchi factory”), and entered into a contract for supply and lease of goods with the Plaintiff’s employees to supply the Plaintiff’s factory by processing the mination of power.
D) E is to take over C Kimchi factory in partnership with E, and E entered into a contract with C Kimchi factory on May 31, 201 with C Kimchi factory. D As a result of the delivery of the Promissory Notes to a third party, the Plaintiff, as the drawer of the Promissory Notes, filed a lawsuit claiming the amount of KRW 200,000,000 from the holders of the Promissory Notes, was sentenced to a judgment ordering payment.
The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against D, etc. with Suwon District Court No. 201Gahap19259, and paid the Plaintiff the amount calculated by applying the rate of 6% per annum from October 12, 2011 to May 10, 2013 and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.
