Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On December 26, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of 10 months or short of 6 months with labor for a violation of road traffic laws at the Chuncheon District Court, and on August 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of road traffic laws at the Busan District Court on August 12, 2009. On June 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of road traffic laws (driving under drinking), and the execution of the sentence was completed in the smuggling Detention House on April 24, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

1. On October 23, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by around 0.142% in blood without a driver’s license for a vehicle at around 18:00 on October 23, 2016, and driven Eracing cars from a distance of about 100 meters from the front day of Busan Jin-gu, Busan to D on the road.

As a result, the defendant had been punished for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act more than twice, but he again driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license under the influence of alcohol.

2. A thief: (a) around November 19, 2016, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft of property owned by the victim while driving a vehicle in front of the F building in Busan City, Busan, by inserting one short-term word from the access road, X-B K 1 Otoba in the city where no number plate is available on the market price of the victim G that was located in front of the F building in Busan, Busan, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

3. On November 19, 2016, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle, without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from around 09:20 on the road in Busan Jin-gu to the road in front of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, with approximately 2km from around 993 to the road in front of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, with no number plate as described in paragraph (2).

4. On November 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) drive the Obane in front of the Busan Employment Center, located in the city of Busan, around 09:20 on November 19, 2016, without a stolen number plate as described in paragraph (2). In the direction of the intersection, the Defendant driving the Obane in front of the Busan Employment Center.
