1. On June 18, 2015, the Defendant received the Cheongju District Court Branch Branch Decision as to the real estate stated in the attached list from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
A. The registration of ownership transfer is completed with respect to 60.5 square meters of a blade, a single-story office (hereinafter “second-story building”).
B. 1) On June 4, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) on the part of the Defendant on June 4, 2015, the land in C before subdivision; (b) the real estate in attached Tables 2 through 5; and (c) the building in Annex B before subdivision
2) The sales contract of this case was to be sold (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
(2) The sales contract of this case was drafted as follows. The maximum debt amount per share on the land, etc. before the division was set at KRW 168,00,000, and the actual secured debt amount was approximately KRW 140,000,000. However, the remainder of the sales price, which the Defendant actually paid to the Plaintiff on the premise that the Defendant takes over the secured debt of the above secured mortgage, was KRW 60,000. The sales contract includes the down payment of KRW 230,000,000, and the intermediate payment of KRW 20,000 on June 4, 2015: The remainder of the remainder: 210,000,000,000 KRW 140,000,000, which was divided into the sales contract of this case as to the Defendant on June 18, 2015.

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant divided C’s land before subdivision into the land listed in attached Table 1 and the land listed in attached Table 6.
(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant real estates” in attached Tables 1 through 6. The Defendant removed the building on November 24, 2016.
After the conclusion of the instant sales contract, the Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to pay the purchase price on several occasions from December 21, 2016, but the Defendant did not pay the purchase price.
On December 21, 2016, the Plaintiff expressed his/her intent to rescind the instant sales contract to the Defendant on the grounds of nonperformance.
