1. The defendant A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, as to the above Defendants, this part of the judgment is correct.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and B

(a) A person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business for Defendant A shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authorities from June 2012 to January 2018, 2018, received repair expenses from many unspecified persons in the name of “F” in the near E warehouse in Yangsan-si, Yangyang-si, and maintained a motor vehicle as shown in attached Form 1, such as a list of crimes in which the Defendant maintained the motor vehicle, without being registered with the competent authorities.

In this respect, the defendant did not register with the competent authorities and carried out the automobile management business.

B. Defendant A and B co-crimes Defendant B are persons engaged in the automobile maintenance business under the trade name of “H” from the Busan Suwon-gu G.

A motor vehicle management business operator shall not receive illicit money or other illicit acts related to the business concerned.

Nevertheless, around January 2014, the Defendants conspired with Defendant A to submit to the Korea Transportation Safety Authority a false “certificate of completion of the tubes work” with the false content of “H” as Defendant B’s Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Had Ha

2. Defendant C and B

A. Defendant C’s sole criminal defendant is a person engaged in the automobile maintenance business under the trade name of “K” in Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan.

A motor vehicle maintenance business operator shall not have his/her motor vehicle maintained, unless approved by the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

The Defendant’s above “K” operated by the Defendant around December 2017.
