Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:25 on August 27, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving a vehicle of approximately 500 meters at approximately 500 meters on the road near the Gangnam-gu Seoul Southern Station while he/she took a blood alcohol concentration of 0.142%.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2019. 8. 27. 11:40경 서울 강남구 D에 있는 E 앞 인도에서 전항과 같이 운전하던 중 음주운전을 단속하던 경찰관인 피해자 경장 F(남, 32세)에게 불특정 다수의 행인들이 보는 가운데 “똑바로 해라 씨발놈들아. 똑바로 해 이 새끼들아. 좆 까는 소리하고 있어, 븅신 새끼들. 씨발놈들아 가서 다른 놈들이나 잡어 개새끼들아. 또라이 새끼들 보기 좋다. 쪽팔리다 씨발놈들아. 건수 올리니까 좋냐. 쪽팔리다 씨벌 으유. 니들 가만 둘 줄 아냐.”라고 소리 쳐 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
