Specific criminal facts, the Defendant, along with C, D, E, and false lessors, obtained a loan for the employee deposit money by the above method, and conspired to do so in order to have it divided. Accordingly, D, E, etc., as if the Defendant, an applicant for a loan, was present in F, an individual company, around September 2013, falsely prepared relevant documents, such as a certificate of employment, income tax withholding receipt, payment statement, etc., and a false lease contract for H apartment 208, Seocheon-gu H apartment 208, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which is owned by the lessor.
